Access Bars®
32 points on the head that can change your life.
Access Bars is a quantum energy technique created by Gary Douglas, the founder of Access Consciousness®.
It involves gently touching specific points on the head, creating an altered state of consciousness that reharmonizes brainwaves. Mental chatter quiets, psycho-emotional and physical stress accumulated throughout your life is released, and new spaces for awareness and creation open up.
Access Facelift®
What if age and the signs of aging were reversible? What if rejuvenation were a natural and eternal mechanism? Science is increasingly interested in this… linear time is not the cause of age and aging, but rather our lifestyles, beliefs, and programming.
Access Facelift® is a gentle and enveloping technique that works at the heart of the cells, like a powerful activator of regenerative and rejuvenating energies. The body releases the stress accumulated over time and its marks: it literally leaves linear time behind.
Access Foundation®
The Access Consciousness® Foundation class is a true accelerator of transformation and reconnection to oneself.
Over three and a half days, we explore all areas of our lives and see how we have built ourselves, step by step, based on our upbringing and the influence of those around us. We will release our limitations to create a life that reflects who we truly are, rather than someone else's.
Access Body Processes®
Access Consciousness® has several body processes that work on the energetic component of our physical and energetic bodies.
Each process is a different energy. They bring deep inner peace and relaxation and release blocked cellular memories and traumas.
MUNZ FLOOR®
MUNZ FLOOR invites you to move in slow, spiraling motions to release your fascial system.
Resembling a moving meditation, these exercises — guided by your coach’s voice — trigger a regenerative and rejuvenating effect on all your cells, while reducing pain, increasing flexibility, and lowering inflammation.
Your body will thank you for it.
Relationship done different®
Relationships are a part of every aspect of our lives.
As things stand, they are often based on self-neglect and imposed norms—which is precisely why they so often struggle or fail.
We were never taught how to be in relationships.
We were taught good manners, how to behave, and how to downplay ourselves to fit the mold.
Relations Done Different invites you to connect with yourself and with the other person in a new way—one that works for everyone involved.
I believe that our bodies are extraordinary allies. When we learn to listen to them, they guide us toward greater health, joy, and a life that is truly our own.
